convo programs
sometimes it's tough to conceptualize what you might need or where to start with treatment. we offer different programs that cater to common issues in the community and hope it makes it easier for you to navigate wellness.
these programs are designed around a 3-4 month intervention with higher intensity and frequency so you can accomplish your goals as soon as possible. our programs showcase specific team members who can collaborate to help our clients holistically, coordinating care along the way. we use a multidisciplinary team to work on the same goal, so you have the highest chance to adapt the positive changes you want as soon as possible.

sports psychology

a lot goes into our athletic performance and we want our athletes to reach maximum potential as they train to become the best versions of themselves. we put together a great team to help you achieve your goals in any sport and make sure you do it healthfully along the way.

we will be addressing things like perfectionism, eating disorders, performance anxiety, goal setting and time management, nutrition, emotional regulation, visualization, and student-athlete identity.

Julian is certified by the University of Michigan for Sport Social Work at the professional, collegiate, and youth level, helping oversee the entire program.

anxiety, stress, mood & PTSD

how you feel is a language of your body. you feel in your cells, not through your thoughts (which are used to conceptualize them). at convo we have learned how important it is to regulate the central nervous system when it comes to feeling more calm and comfortable throughout the day. in addition to conventional treatment we utilize polyvagal theory to unlock your potential of being confident, ensuring your body feels safe.
our day-to-day responsibilities increase our stress response and when unmanaged it compromises our immune system and you can get sick pretty easily (this is what flu season is all about or having autoimmune issues)
dive into your body's emotions through learning the ins and outs of regulation and processing. we work with people who have chronic health conditions

depression effects our perception of life all year around, including those formed about ourselves. this creates barriers to succeeding with different daily tasks including your performance in school or work or in your social life.

body image and diet culture have been clashing for decades so we decided to spearhead the movement toward self love, proper nutrition, and respectful exercise.
especially now with social media the fixation over our bodies is at an all-time high, adding an extra level of stress to our every day lives.
we have created a comprehensive program to help you educate yourself on different methods to reach your fitness and nutrition goals, with the support to improve accountability while loving yourself and your body along the way.

in this digital era we have tons of exposure to other people but often times through a screen. it translates into us feeling isolated and self-critical in a time where we have never been so eager to connect.
this is a pretty hard space to navigate on your own so we are here to help guide you into a better understanding of these social dynamics and help you build your social tool kit.
we have some awesome volunteer opportunities to help you practice your social skills, check them out.
